I’m Georgette, mom to one child in college and two in high school and wife to a great husband. I worked outside the home for over twenty years until I was laid off in August of 2009. Instead of returning to work right away, my husband and I decided to see what it would take to live on just his income. And to make things even more interesting, we decided we had to pay off our debt, too.
This blog is the on-going story of how we are reaching those goals. You can count on me talking about shopping, cooking, recipes, organizing, budgeting, planning, simplifying and whatever other topics come up that deal with our new-found frugal lifestyle.
